Many of us in the 35 to 65 age cohort (otherwise known as the sandwich generation) are simultaneously struggling to care for our parents, children and in some cases grand children. Here are some things to consider:

·       What are your five most critical needs as a caregiver?

1.

2.

3.

4.

5.

·        How are you currently meeting these needs?

·       Could you use some volunteer help?

·       Could you use some paid help?

·       Does the care recipient have resources to pay for help?

·       Who makes the important decisions for the care recipient?

·       Who is in your support network?

·       Who handles business matters for the care recipient?

·       Who keeps track of all appointments, etc?

If you need assistance in any of these areas please contact us. We are just a phone call away.
